Taylor C. is a passionate health equity advocate, patient rights champion, and founder of The She Rose Foundation USA, dedicated to addressing critical healthcare issues that disproportionately impact Black women and girls. Taylor’s mission is to dismantle systemic barriers within healthcare and empower Black women to advocate for equitable, dignified care. Through community engagement and targeted advocacy, she leads efforts to raise awareness, provide educational resources, and mobilize communities around health disparities and patient rights.

With an extensive background in public health policy and patient advocacy, Taylor brings a wealth of expertise in navigating healthcare systems and advancing patient-centered policies. As an advocate and mentor, Taylor is dedicated to empowering the next generation of Black women in advancing health equity. Through The She Rose Foundation USA, she provides mentorship, scholarship opportunities, and professional development resources, helping young Black women overcome barriers and excel in their careers. Taylor’s strategic approach ensures that the organization remains focused on measurable impact, constantly striving to create a healthcare environment where Black women are seen, heard, and respected.
