Our scholarships provide opportunities for students who are dedicated to advancing health equity and addressing disparities. These scholarships support individuals committed to advocating for Black women and girls. Our recipients are pursuing their education with the goal of making a lasting impact and driving meaningful change in their communities.

  • She Rose in Health Equity

    The She Rose in Health Equity Scholarship is designed to support and empower Black women who are passionate about making a difference in health equity. This scholarship recognizes students who are dedicated to addressing health disparities, advocating for equitable treatment, and paving the way for systemic change in healthcare. It provides financial assistance to support their educational journey as they work towards creating a more inclusive and just healthcare system for Black women and girls.

    Eligibility:

    - Must be a new or current member of one of The She Rose Foundation USA’s DMV Chapters (Washington D.C., PG County, MD, Baltimore, or Virginia).

    - Must identify as a Black woman.

    - Must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an accredited institution.

    - Must demonstrate a commitment to advancing health equity and addressing healthcare disparities affecting Black women and girls.
