The She Rose Foundation USA
The She Rose Foundation USA is dedicated to addressing and rectifying critical healthcare issues disproportionately affecting Black girls and women through education, advocacy, and community-driven action. We empower future leaders to advocate for equitable treatment and create lasting change in healthcare systems for Black women.

Our Mission.
We ignite the power within Black women and girls to rise—breaking down healthcare disparities, amplifying their voices, and driving the change needed to ensure they receive the care they deserve.
Our Vision.
We envision a world where Black women rise above healthcare inequities, where their health is prioritized, and where they lead the charge for a system that truly honors and serves them. Through leadership development, community engagement, and policy reform, we strive to create a world where every Black woman and girl is empowered to advocate for her health, thrive in her well-being, and where healthcare inequities are eradicated, ensuring a just and inclusive society for generations to come.
Our Story.
The She Rose Foundation USA, formerly known as She Rose Initiative, was founded in 2022 with a vision to transform the healthcare landscape for Black women and girls. Our story began with a deep commitment to addressing and rectifying the critical healthcare issues disproportionately affecting these communities. We recognized that Black women face unique challenges in accessing equitable care, often experiencing systemic biases, misdiagnosis, and inadequate treatment.
The foundation was created by Taylour, whose passion for healthcare advocacy was ignited by the struggles faced by Black women in accessing quality care. What started as a grassroots initiative to raise awareness about the disparities in healthcare has now grown into a dynamic force for change, driven by education, advocacy, and community-led action.
